Trade Wholesale Account - CMS Wholesaler is strictly for trade, verification will be required to have this account. We may ask you to prove that you are trade before activating your on-line account. We also reserve the right to cancel / disable your account if we suspect that you are not trade. We may ask you for your LTD company number, copy of your bank statement with company name, Official letter from HMRC etc to prove your trade status. This is for verification only and we do not store copies on our servers.

Payment

We accept most forms of card payment - VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payment by BACS or cheque. For card payments you will be redirected to SagePay our secure payment provider to process the payment and will be returned to our site when complete.

We do not release good untill payment has been made.

We do not have a minimum order.

Shipping

Canceling orders

Any problems with your order please contact us. Orders placed before noon UK time are shipped the same day if they are in stock. If you need to return a faulty product please contact us and we will make arranagments for collection. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped and the products are not faulty you will receive a refund minus the cost incured for shipping and collection. If the products returned are not found to be faulty you could be liable for the return cost.

Promotions

From time to time we may run promotions offering, and not limited to - "Buy 1 Get 1 Free", "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" and so on. If you are given a "Mix & Match" option the cheapest product in your cart will be classed as your FREE item.
